Narva is an industrial city on the eastern border of Estonia. With long traditions in manufacturing, the city is home to some of the biggest metal, machining, and production companies in the region.

Narva Industrial Park includes the two territories just outside the city center:  Kadastiku Street (65 ha) and Kulgu Street (65 ha).

Kadastiku – 65 ha infrastructure fully built – electricity (12 MW), central heating, water, sewage, Internet connection, roads and street lighting.

Kulgu – 65 ha infrastructure fully built – electricity (10 MW), gas, water, sewage, Internet connections, roads and street lighting.

This industrial park has new water supply, sewage, central heating, gas, fiber optic communication routes, and on-site roads with street lighting. Connection to all the utilities listed above is included in the price of the plot. A separate fee is required for connecting to the electricity supply system.

In Narva Industrial Park it is possible to build a direct power line to Enefit’s Baltic Power Station, which could cut your business’ electricity costs up to 30%.
