Narva Industrial Incubator offers brand-new production units ranging from 432 to 648 m², with a total of 10 units in the building. Each unit includes approximately 60 m² of office and support space, including changing and shower facilities, WC, and break areas. Units can be combined to create larger production spaces as needed.

Modern production space for your business
The production units are specifically designed for manufacturing and are equipped with overhead cranes with a lifting capacity of up to 5 tonnes, loading doors, and all necessary infrastructure.
The office and support areas are fully fitted out to modern standards.
The building also features a café, a separate 16-person meeting room available for rent, a gym, and recreation areas — providing everything your team needs to work efficiently in a comfortable environment.
The Narva Industrial Incubator building is designed according to the stock-office concept – a multifunctional business space that allows tenants to bring all key operations under one roof: production, warehousing, offices, sales representation, and showroom.
Each company will have, in addition to a production hall with loading docks and parking spaces, its own auxiliary facilities: offices, locker and shower rooms, restrooms, as well as break and dining areas.

Standard production unit: 432–648 m² (units can be combined) plus approximately 60 m² of office and utility spaces per unit.

Special movable internal partitions allow flexible modification of production area sizes.

No load-bearing internal columns in production spaces; ceiling height 7.7 m (to the bottom of the trusses).
