A new development project of 130 ha in the industrial area of the city of Narva
The largest of the IVIA projects
Narva Industrial Park includes 2 development projects – Kulgu and Kadastiku. The area of each project is approx. 65 hectares. The total IVIA development projects in Narva is 130 hectares.
The first stage of Narva industrial park – Kadastiku Industrial Park – was commissioned in 2012. The Kulgu development project is the second stage of Narva Industrial Park. The construction of Kulgu Industrial Park was completed in 2018.
In 2025, construction of an industrial incubator will begin in Narva Kulgu Industrial Park.
- To date, 7 production buildings have been completed in the two Narva industrial parks, and 1 more production building is in the construction process – the permanent magnet production plant belonging to NPM Narva OÜ (commissioning in 2025).
- Total area of the production buildings to be built in Narva Industrial Park is 68,000 m2.
- Private sector investments in the construction and equipment of production buildings will be over 200 million euros as of 2024 (including investments in the magnet factory under construction).
- Three solar panel parks with a total area of 9 hectares have been built in Narva Industrial Park.

Prices
- The selling price of plots starts at 20 euros/m2, plus VAT.
- The price includes connection to all existing utilities (connection points at the border of the plots), except for connection to the electricity network.
- The cost of electricity connection depends on the allocated capacity and is paid separately to the grid company.
