GAS SUPPLY
available free capacities of natural gas 24,000 m3/h=7.4m GJ/year (connection points at the border of the plots);
Petroter gas (gas released from VKG AS oil shale oil production) – significantly cheaper than natural gas in terms of price. Quantity up to 5000 m3/h, calorific value of Petroter gas 40-48 MJ/m3=1.7m GJ/year (connection point 1.6 km from the plots).

Prices
- The selling price of plots starts at 20 euros/m2, plus VAT.
- The price includes connection to all existing utilities (connection points at the border of the plots), except for connection to the electricity network.
- The cost of electricity connection depends on the allocated capacity and is paid separately to the grid company.
