The Narva Industrial Incubator building is designed according to the stock-office concept — a multifunctional business space that allows tenants to bring all key operations under one roof: production, warehousing, offices, sales representation, and showroom.
Each company will have, in addition to a production hall with loading docks and parking spaces, its own auxiliary facilities: offices, locker and shower rooms, restrooms, as well as break and dining areas.
